Women's Climbing Group
July - August, 2019
Rock climbing is a full-body therapeutic activity that focuses on joining the mind with your movement and moods. This rock climbing group uses mindfulness and rock climbing to decreases symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD and relational trouble.
Beginning in July, this once weekly (for 8 weeks) climbing group teaches mindfulness and basic rock climbing skills in the context of a women's only social group.
Our rock climbing programs focus on the way women learn, connect with each other and with the environment. We practice mindfulness and create a supportive environment which allows you to work through the tough stuff and have as much fun as possible.
Groups are limited in size and always fill up. If you are interested, reserve your spot now! Payment options available - just reach out!
